I worked with Sebastian during 2017/ 2018 on the marketing and managing of a super luxury residential development in Belgravia, London. This involved establishing a luxury marketing suite for the development of some 10,000 sq ft and the ongoing management of the suite, defining a 5-star hospitality operation and standard for residential operations including wellness, security and concierge services. In his capacity Sebastian was charged with assembling the pre-opening team, creating and undertaking their training and instruction, plus the creation of Operating Procedures that were custom-designed for the Residences, while supporting Mandarin Oriental’s relevant standards.
